Important: NextMiles Global Visa Services is a consultancy firm providing guidance and support services only. We explicitly state that:
We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution
We do not guarantee visa approval from any country's immigration authorities
We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, colleges, or visa offices
Final admission and visa decisions rest solely with the respective institutions and government authorities
We cannot influence or control the outcome of applications or visa processing
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents and applications
Submit all required documents within specified timelines
Inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances
Attend all scheduled counseling sessions and meetings
Pay all fees as agreed upon
Take responsibility for your own academic qualifications and eligibility
Comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country
5. Payment Terms
Service fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
Fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated in your service agreement
Third-party fees (application fees, visa fees, courier charges, etc.) are separate and must be paid directly by the client
We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
Consultation fees are non-refundable
Service fees may be partially refundable based on the stage of service completion
Third-party fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable
Refund requests must be made in writing
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of NextMiles Global Visa Services and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, changes in immigration policies, or technical failures.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with your individual service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NextMiles Global Visa Services.
